10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Bayley

5. Her WrestleMania Debut Was An Afterthought

During the aforementioned Raw Women's Title reign that passed by without much major incident, Bayley successfully defended the belt at WrestleMania. You'd be forgiven for thinking that meant the world to her, and it probably was a personal highlight. It's a pity then that her win was hidden away on a bloated card.

12 months earlier, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch had worked a 'Mania Triple Threat classic for the same title and earned rave reviews. Come 'Mania 33 however, Bayley faced Charlotte, Sasha and Nia Jax in a 12-minute Fatal-4-Way that was instantly wiped from memory when The Hardy Boyz returned in the next segment.

Bayley's WrestleMania debut was an afterthought.

In fairness, it wasn't the only match on the show that failed to take up permanent residence in fan brains. It still must've been depressing for Bayley to realise that she and pals were there to chew through some pay-per-view minutes and play filler though.
