10 Things You Didn't Know About Scott Hall

1. His Final Ever Match Was Against Chuck Taylor

At one point in time, the final match of Scott Hall's illustrious career came shortly after TNA Sacrifice 2010. With him and long-time partner Kevin Nash successfully retaining the TNA Tag Team Titles against Shannon Moore and Jesse Neal at Sacrifice, the next episode of Impact! had Hall and Hash win a handicap match against Matt Morgan.

Legal problems saw Scott released by TNA, and he'd immediately announce his retirement, bringing to a close a 26-year in-ring career.

Despite making several appearances at indie shows in the years after that, Hall would never have another official match. Well, until 2016, that is.

Briefly coming out of retirement, Hall technically had a match against nowadays AEW star Chuck Taylor. Not just did this classify as a match, but the Bad Guy pinned Taylor and won the DDT Iron Man Heavy Metal Title in a match that was refereed by Bryce Remsburg - another person who is these days with AEW.

That contest began as a triple-threat bout between Taylor, Colt Cabana and Joey Ryan, and concluded with Hall winning a game of rock, paper, scissors before pinning Chuckie T. Scott would soon lose that title after being duped into 'giving up' by Cabana.
