10 Times "Best For Business" WWE Decisions Sucked

1. Keeping Cena Face

Calls for the company to turn John Cena heel can be traced to at least 2007, when fans began reminiscing about the sharp-tongued, crotch-grabbing rapper who brought an edge to post-Attitude WWE four years prior.

The current iteration, so they said, was fast going stale, having grown into a monstrous Hogan-like figure who continued to overcome the odds, night after night, all the while being portrayed as a hard-luck underdog.

They had a point, but although 'The Champ' turning his back on the Cenation would probably have been a wrestling moment to which only a handful in history could be compared, Vince McMahon opted instead to play safe and protect that sweet merch revenue.

With stars like Austin and Rock departing - and the company's fanbase shrinking in turn - you can understand the logic. But it still sucked.
