At least Goldberg vs. The Undertaker is memorable, even if that's only because it was such a disaster. Your writer had to revisit John Cena vs. The Miz from WrestleMania XXVII to recall anything about it; it was almost 20 minutes of mediocrity, and definitely doesn't hold up as a fitting 'Mania headliner now.

In fact, had The Rock not been present near the end, it'd go down as one of the most meh 'Mania main events in history. Miz wouldn't know either way, because he was flattened by a Cena lariat over the safety barricade that left him drowsy and fighting to stay conscious.

Make that the second time someone had been KO'd in the feature slot at WWE's biggest event. It wouldn't be the last (more on that later), but it was a depressing moment for Miz personally. He surely wanted to savour every second of his first time main eventing the show.

Tough t*tties.
