10. Crash Holly (5'10")

You might think of this is as a joke, but Crash Holly actually was a really tough guy. His listed height was 5'10", which is probably not accurate because he was shorter than that. He was probably closer to 5'8" or so. They comically listed him at around 400 pounds too. There were times in his career where he was out there having great matches with everybody, but for the most part he was known as the most entertaining Hardcore Champion in WWE history. They made the title into a joke with him as the champ due to the "defend the title 24/7" rule they came up with, but it was stupid enough that it worked. Crash earned respect for working a lot of physical matches in his career. A lot of times guys like him might fizzle out because they're so small, but he was able to hang with the big boys buy working those Hardcore matches. On top of it all, he was always entertaining. It's a shame that he passed away at such a young age. Fans will always remember him for making us smile and for his toughness as well.
