10 Underutilized WCW Stars Who Deserved Better

9. Bam Bam Bigelow

WCW had a long history of grabbing up established stars and giving them a renewed push in their company. When Bam Bam Bigelow showed up in late 1998, he seemed poised for the same push. Bigelow arrived on the WCW scene following an awesome run in ECW and targeted Raven, Goldberg, and other big name WCW talents. Even though his singles push was quickly put on hold, he and friends DDP and Kanyon formed the Jersey Triad and got over as a 3-man team. After the team split Bam Bam competed in WCW's hardcore division until the promotion went under. WCW had a proven commodity at their disposal in Bigelow. With a unique look, agility, talent, and a WrestleMania main event under his belt Bigelow's ability was relegated to mid-card work in WCW. Bigelow would have fit well in the Mark Henry role-- a larger than life character who could pose a threat in any situation. Unfortunately Bam Bam couldn't overcome his personal demons and passed away in 2007.
