10 Ups & 2 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Mar 3)

3. Three For Three

In recent weeks, TJP and Fallah Bahh have had the number of Ethan Page and Josh Alexander, both men with separate pinfall victories over the members of The North. Despite that, the tandem were presented with a non-title match against the current World Tag Team Champions. Yes, it absolutely should have been for the championships given the circumstances, but that took nothing away from the match we ended up getting.

Even though Page and Alexander are obviously the far superior team, it didn't stop TJP and Bahh from using their own unique skills to one-up the Canadian duo. For TJP, his quickness and agility. For Bahh, his body. He absolutely demolished Josh Alexander in the corner with splashes and sentons. He's typically positioned as the biggest comedy act in Impact Wrestling, but don't forget that Fallah can sometimes put in a half-decent performance when the time calls for it.

TJP would score the win for his team with a gorgeous sunset flip off the ropes on 'All Ego', a move that seems so simple, but is surely quite easy to mess up depending on how far the performer dives. Nonetheless though, TJP and Fallah Bahh now also a tag team victory over the Impact World Tag Team Champions. If they now don't earn a title shot, then this has all been a tad pointless in complete honesty.
