10 Ups & 2 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (Nov 20)

6. A Blue Day

Cesaro Matt Riddle

SmackDown stars (and yet more former Full Sail heroes) Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro found time to cause bother in the Ricochet/Matt Riddle match despite the wrestlers themselves barely having time to use a transition move between the death-defying spots.

They took their lumps in response immediately after the match concluded.

Attempting to find calm in the chaos, the babyfaces joined together to take out the heels in a silent show of respect before a fuming Finn Bálor hit the ring after Ricochet had cleared the barrier to take out Cesaro as he bailed into the crowd.

Bálor thought he'd won this battle with the jump, but Riddle rebounded with a Final Flash to send the former NXT man packing. A word on this just about everything else on the show up to this point...
