10 Ups & 5 Downs From IMPACT Wrestling Turning Point 2021

1. Failing To Deliver

The Good Brothers maintaining their stance as World Tag Team Champions wasn't the right choice. Bullet Club's Chris Bey and Hikuleo may not be the perfect tag team, but still, it would have been a welcomed change from this nothing reign of Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson.

For the duration of the match, it felt like nothing really happened. Other than Anderson's Spinebuster in the above GIF, there were no highlights. Instead, they relied on the age-old OG Bullet Club vs. new era Bullet Club plot that was only enjoyable when it was the Elite against the newbies of BC.

The finish was half-decent. As Bey attempted an Art Of Finesse, he was tripped up by Doc Gallows, ultimately leading to Karl Anderson stealing the pin with a hold of the tights. Why were the tights needed, though? It further detracts from the Good Brothers' title reign. It's no longer them being good heel champions; it's unneeded, worthless, and only makes them look weak in execution.

Whoever is to dethrone the Good Brothers of the straps must receive a mammoth ovation in doing so. They'd be saving IMPACT's doubles division from further depletion, despite the actual standard of tag teams within it. Seriously, get the belts off them.
