Fans of Dolph Ziggler have been subjected to countless start and stop pushes through the years. Just when he broke through last year with his World Heavyweight Championship victory, he was sidelined with a concussion and then shunted back down the card. When he won the Intercontinental Championship earlier this summer, fans had to wonder when Dolph€™s latest push would get derailed.
