10 Ups And Downs For WWE In 2014

6. The Bunny

Few things are more emblematic of the head-scratching, mind-numbing year that 2014 was than the Bunny, a member of Adam Rose€™s Rosebud entourage who dresses €“ and wrestles €“ in a bunny costume. When Rose€™s character debuted and the Bunny was a Rosebud, it seemed innocent enough, if not a little silly. But given WWE€™s PG-friendly environment, you accept it and move on. But when the Bunny started getting physically involved and competing in matches €“ and didn€™t shed the costume for a singlet €“ it started to traipse into the absurd. And when the announcers began fawning over the Bunny€™s every action, it became clear that we were looking at one of the dumbest, most insulting things for a wrestling fan to witness. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMysclUifpg The best way to boil it down is to ask, if a friend or co-worker came over during Raw, what would be the part that would cause you to cringe the most and change the channel because you were embarrassed to be watching WWE? Odds are that the Bunny would crack the top three.
