10 Ways Great Balls Of Fire Can Be WWE's Best Show Of The Year

3. The Women Get Time To Shine

Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks is easily the best Raw Women’s Title match WWE could have booked for Sunday Night. With Bayley destroyed, ‘The Boss’ is easily the division’s hottest babyface commodity, and Alexa continues to be one of WWE’s most engaging performers. It’s a potentially outstanding clash of styles and personalities, and if the women are allowed to spread their wings, they’ll have an excellent match.

Time is key here. Bayley and Bliss were given just six minutes at Extreme Rules, and while brevity wasn’t the only reason their Kendo Stick On A Pole match stunk, it definitely contributed. A short, disappointing Women’s Title fight will only drag Great Balls Of Fire down, and ideally, WWE will give them at least 12-15 minutes to impress.

It feels like the feud is only just heating up, so WWE need to book a finish that won’t kill either woman’s heat. Alexa rolling Sasha up with her feet on the ropes would fit the bill, and give Banks the impetus to go right back after the champ, leading to a potential rematch at SummerSlam. Either way, it’s time to put Raw’s women back in the spotlight.
