10 Ways WWE Can Save RETRIBUTION
1. Push Ali To The Moon
Ali has a spectacular move set. Ali has charisma by the bucketload. Ali has a compelling real life backstory to support his already appealing in-ring persona. Ali is a superstar lying in wait. Why have we not pulled the trigger on Ali already?
Having Ali as the leader of RETRIBUTION was exciting for so many fans, as we all know what Ali is capable of, being one of the breakout stars of 205 Live and forcing his way on to television, and being earmarked for a Kofi Kingston-sized push this time last year, Ali has been a stereotypical case of so close and yet so far.
What is baffling, however, is how we are once again in a situation where Ali is not being treated like the star he is. We find Ali in a prominent position, with a fresh new gimmick, and it is clear that creative believe in him, so why is he struggling week in and week out to win matches and build upon this platform given to him?
If WWE do not at least push Ali, then there is a real danger that they have absolutely nothing to show for their time spent on the RETRIBUTION angle.
