One of the less obvious ways WWE is currently undermining Daniel Bryan is by shunting his wife Brie Bella down the women's card. Despite constantly being involved in the Divas Championship scene for some time now, Brie has become nothing more than a side kick as her sister Nikki has become champion and the arguable leader of the division. This too is a far fall from grace for Brie who played a predominant role in WWE for large parts of 2014. Most notably, she had a storied rivalry with Stephanie McMahon which culminated at SummerSlam. She, along with McMahon, dominated last summer's television. It may be merely coincidental, but both the components of 'Braniel' are now floundering compared to last year.
