10 Ways WWE Isn't For You Anymore

7. Zero Long-Term Plans Means No Reward For Paying Attention

The idea of putting aside a whopping seven hours a week to just keep up to date with WWE's three feature TV offerings (not including those weeks that include a 3-4 hour PLE) is a daunting one for many.

Not because the in-ring action regularly sucks and the characters are agonisingly unlikeable. It's more down to the fact that even if you choose to commit to thoroughly studying and analysing the Raw, SmackDown, and NXT 2.0 offerings sent your way every week, there's absolutely no guarantee WWE will stick to their own continuity or pay-off apparent seeds being planted in front of your invested eyes.

Admittedly, this apparent lack of a plan for the future when it pertains to just about anything on their current product hasn't been aided by a wave of poorly timed injuries.

But WWE's consistent penchant for acting like even their most recent history has likely been forgotten by their devoted fanbase, seen in their insistence on shoving Lesnar vs. Reigns VII down fans' throats, is becoming increasingly offensive and regularly leaves most wondering why they bothered caring in the first place about events and moments that will soon be laughed off in favour of whatever mad idea Vince McMahon dreams up next.
