10 Ways WWE Should Have Booked Raw (Nov 16th)

1. Any Other Ending Than This

The last time Raw ended with a Divas segment was ahead of Stephanie McMahon's match with Brie Bella at SummerSlam. That felt earned because of what a big deal Stephanie's return to action was, but finishing this week's episode with a contract signing between Charlotte and Paige was not in any way a good idea. There's been no real storyline here, and with the Divas Revolution failing to take off because of poor writing and bad booking, it's fair to say that the majority of fans probably couldn't care less about this unexciting feud going into Survivor Series. Considering the fact that a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion is going to be crowned at Survivor Series this weekend, teasing tension between Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose or having all four men ending the show with a brawl (that's now likely being saved for a Miz TV segment on SmackDown) would have been much better. You also have to believe that the segment between The Wyatt Family and Brothers of Destruction could have also closed out this week's Raw, especially as they all did such an effective job of teasing that confrontation on Sunday. It's ultimately far too soon in this so-called Divas Revolution to have these women headlining Raw. You can't just throw them into this spot and expect fans to perceive this Divas title match as being as important as everything else which is going to happen on Sunday. With that being said, Raw would have been much better off putting this contract signing at the beginning of the second or third hour rather than attempting to make what's shaping up to be a forgettable and unexciting feud a focal point of the final show before Survivor Series this weekend.
