10 WCW Greats That WWE Didn't Know What To Do With

4. Sean O'Haire

Man, talk about wasted potential. Sean O'Haire was one of the most impressive figures of WCW in 2000-01. He was a big man who could really move with a great finisher, a senton bomb that looked better than Jeff Hardy's ever did. When he got to WWE, they gave him a great "devil's advocate" gimmick, which showed that he could talk too (!), at which point, any wrestling promoter probably would be counting money in their sleep. However, O'Haire got paired with "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, which killed any momentum he had, and once Piper was released, O'Haire wasn't long for the company. He wasn't going to be a John Cena, but O'Haire should have been a main event-caliber wrestler based on his look and ability. Instead, there wasn't one memorable feud after the Invasion ended. But I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.

He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV. Monday nights in the Carlson household are reserved for viewing Raw -- for better or worse.
