10 Worst PPVs Of WWE PG Era
2. Super ShowDown 2020
The most recent Saudi Arabian WWE PPV also happens to be WWE's worst, with another baffling booking decision on their behalf. For Super Showdown 2020, they decided to have Goldberg beat The Fiend Bray Wyatt for the Universal Title. A decision that could be one of WWE's worst-ever, as they sacrificed the credibility of their most exciting character since The Undertaker in favour of a star that peaked in 1998.
Elsewhere on the card, Ricochet lost a WWE Title match to Brock Lesnar in one minute which did little to benefit anybody. The Undertaker won a Gauntlet Match for the Tuwaiq Trophy after pinning AJ Styles with a chokeslam and he managed to do this and pin the former WWE Champion without even taking off his jacket and hat.
Roman Reigns and King Corbin had a Steel Cage match that would finally be the end of their feud, which fans were certainly thankful for. Bayley and Naomi had the second WWE women's match in Saudi Arabian history, but it sadly killed Naomi's momentum that she had built up a month prior at the Royal Rumble.
