3. Vince McMahon Chokes Out His Own Daughter

It's fair to say that Vince McMahon's past behaviour has never been more closely scrutinised than it is today. His ongoing legal battles and some severely grim allegations leave a bad taste in one's mouth when going back to look at how he positioned himself as a must-have ladies man who was fawned over by Divas because of his power and influence. In light of recent stories, that perhaps hits a little too close to the bone.

Another go-to Vince trope was booking himself in ridiculous scenarios with his own family members. At No Mercy 2003, McMahon went into an "I Quit" match against his own daughter Stephanie. A pre-match stipulation called for the loser to immediately vacate their position as an authority figure, but Steph technically didn't quit. No, her mother Linda chucked a towel in for her daughter whilst Vince choked his own flesh and blood with a lead pipe.

WRESTLING!

In truth, the McMahon family melodrama had peaked years before this, but that didn't stop WWE from running such clan in-fighting into the ground. Disturbing doesn't even begin to cover it considering what's known and alleged now about Vince's behaviour. To think, things could've been even more shocking and repulsive.

Some of the stories Stephanie has told about abandoned creative pitches her dad made are horrendous. At one stage, he mapped out being revealed as the father of her unborn child, but Steph rightly knocked that back and thought it'd be in poor taste considering she was actually about to give birth.

Choked unconscious with a lead pipe by daddy dearest though? Totally level-headed content.
