Despite all the potential in the world, just a few weeks ago Theory certainly would not have been ranked this high on this list, if at all. That all changed on 3 July as Vince McMahon's protégé climbed the ladder to win the Money in the Bank contract, a move that angered fans as much as it was a shock.
After losing his United States Championship to Bobby Lashley, Adam Pearce surprised the WWE Universe by announcing Theory as a last minute addition of the ladder match. Now with the contract in hand, Theory has a guaranteed path to the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Despite only have the contract for a few weeks, Theory has already made his plan clear, hoping to capitalize on the Roman Reigns versus Brock Lesnar Last Man Standing match in the main event of SummerSlam.
While fans may not agree with the decision to crown Theory the new Mr. Money in the Bank so soon into his WWE career, the only worst choice would be having the former member of The Way lose his eventual cash in attempt. That being said, WWE will have no choice but to eventually put the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on Theory.
