The rules that previously governed who could make it to the top level have changed in wrestling. More than ever before, there's a real sense that WWE are willing to look at those who maybe don't possess the hulking size traditionally associated with the company. That feeling will only help wrestlers like Kenny Williams.

A product of the PBW Academy (run by UK veteran Kid Fite), Williams is a high-flyer who surprises some with his level of natural charisma. When he's been allowed, the man has shown he's more than able to connect with a crowd organically, something proven by the affinity he shares with ICW fans.

During 2013-14, Kenny's rise to the ICW Zero-G Championship was one of the best angles in the entire company. Others around him helped sell that story, but it was the work of Williams inside the ring that really had people talking about him in glowing terms.

Today, he's in demand by promoters on the UK scene, emerging out of the Scottish hotbed as someone promotions abroad should really be keeping an eye on.
