10 Wrestlers Who Are ACTUALLY Safe In WWE
6. The New Day
Apologies. Your writer saw fit to complain in the introduction that WWE have made it tricky to pick ten names for this list, such is the roster’s current instability. Now here he is chucking in a cheeky three-for-one and bringing the list to twelve names in total!
Still, the alternative was to give the group a slot each or risk leaving any member out, at which point they would be glaring omissions. After all, while fans may fantasy book The New Day vs The Superkliq or Jurassic Express, does anyone really see Big E, Kofi Kingston or Xavier Woods going anywhere?
It hasn’t always been entirely smooth sailing for group. Their initial incarnation proved a bit of a bust before they were allowed to try things their own way and Big E has taken years to ascend to a mountain top many feel he should have reached a long time ago.
Nonetheless, the trio are perennial fan favourites, ever present on television and have a knack for getting even the worst scripted material over. It’s no coincidence that The New Day have avoided the WWE senseless split curse that dooms so many of the company’s teams.
