Bafflingly, the best tag team in wrestling are being treated like anything but by AEW.

It's been a stellar year for Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, and as they continue to rack up the plaudits and the title belts, they are finally cementing themselves as the best tag team in wrestling. That might rile up fans of the Bucks and the Usos, who are both incredible teams, but FTR take that spot.

You know you have reached that level well you organically turn babyface because the fans just want to cheer you. It happened for the likes of Becky Lynch and The Rock, and whilst your writer is not comparing the 'Top Guys' to Lynch and Rocky specifically, the situation is the same. Fans just loved FTR, kept cheering them, and now they are one of the most over acts in the company.

Hilariously, whilst they have ascended to the top of the tag pile, it appears Tony Khan has turned away from them. Instead of delivering what would have been an easy main event against the Young Bucks for the AEW Tag Titles, Khan has Dax and Cash playing back-up to Wardlow in a nothing feud. At the same time, introducing the AEW Trios Titles feels more damaging to the tag scene than anything else. But I digress...
