10 Wrestlers Who Refused To Work House Shows

7. Brock Lesnar

Of course, everything that applied to Goldberg simply doesn't apply to Brock Lesnar. Lesnar always hated traveling and the road, even during his first run; he was a farm boy who liked open space, and that was one of the key factors to his first WWE departure. And when The Beast returned in 2012, he only worked a handful of dates €” he didn't even work every Raw and PPV, so house shows? Obviously out of the question. Lesnar has broke this pattern once when he worked a house show in Japan earlier this year -- his first in over a decade. It's a nice uptick €” ever since Brock resigned with the WWE, he seems to be more invested in the product, appearing on more Raw shows, and even doing non-profit events for the WWE. He's now headed into his SummerSlam event as a tweener (maybe even a face), which hopefully heralds good things to come.
