10 Wrestlers Who Ruined Their Bodies For The Business

1. Hulk Hogan

Apologies for the grotesque pic, but that's what Hulk Hogan's famous leg drop finish did to his back. Of course, it wasn't that move exclusively, but landing on his arse thousands of times (at least) didn't do much for Hogan's lower back. In fact, that bump compressed his spine.

He's reportedly lost approx four inches of height over the years, which is downright scary. Four inches of height. That's some serious compression, and it's why Hulk has gone under the knife countless times to correct back issues. The controversial legend likely wishes he'd picked a different finisher.

Something that didn't require a 300-pound man to leap into the air and land right on his butt might've been handy. Seriously though, Hulk has been through the physical wringer over the past decade or so. His legs are troublesome too, which is perhaps no surprise either.

Ouch.
