10 Wrestlers WWE Have Already Ruined In 2022
6. Ricochet
As hard to believe as it may be at times when watching the current weekly TV product, WWE have a number of priorities when it comes to the talent at their disposal. Sadly, The One and Only Ricochet doesn't fall into that category.
In fact, judging from his Rumble showing alone, the high-flying once-in-a-generation talent is seen in the back as the sort of entertaining piece of elastic that can be used to get over the likes of Omos and Ridge Holland as sizeable threats in the coming years. And while a switch over to SmackDown towards the latter point of 2021 suggested a reboot of sorts for the one-time North American Championship-holding highlight reel, his move to Friday nights has produced more of the same for slick Rick.
In any other promotion on planet earth, Ricochet would likely be celebrated as the game-changing innovator many who had witnessed his work prior to the "main roster" know he still holds the potential to be. But as of writing, Vince McMahon still has no clue what he has on his hands with the former US Champion, so expect to see him continue to be squashed from pillar to post for the foreseeable.
