10 Wrestlers You Didn't Know Were In NXT AND AEW

1. Luchasaurus

AEW's resident reptile Luchasaurus is some 66 million years old, so it's hardly surprisingly he had a brief spell in NXT back when he was not long hatched from the egg. Back in 2012, the creature dragged from LA's La Brea tar pits signed a developmental deal with WWE, where, despite being a cold-blooded sauropod covered in scales, he was curiously repackaged as 'Judas Devlin'.

It's difficult to describe Devlin's gimmick, because he didn't really have one. At best, he could be described as a tall man with very lovely hair, sort of like a prehistoric Kevin Nash. Devlin stuck around FCW long enough to see it transition to NXT, in which he made a handful of appearances before a serious hip injury called time on his WWE tenure. He'd move to - and ultimately die via decapitation in - Lucha Underground under the guise of 'Vibora', before AEW revived him, Jurassic Park-style, as their in-house dinosaur.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
