10 Wrestling Clichés That Need To Die

5. Impact Is Unwatchable

TNA picked up an unfortunate reputation for putting on nonsensical, almost unwatchable levels of awful shows somewhere around 2011 or 2012. At the time, it was probably fair.

But the things that made the show so bad around that time have largely gone away. Hulk Hogan is no longer involved, and neither really are many of the veterans it has picked up from WWE over the years.

It's not and never will be a real threat to Vince McMahon's empire, but it is a good platform for talented, young wrestlers, many of whom either didn't compete for or didn't truly make a name for themselves in WWE before-hand.

This year, in fact, Impact has generally been a solid if largely unspectacular product since the GFW rebrand. Fans will now be hoping that yet more changes upstairs don't undermine that, because it's seriously not that bad when you set aside all of the negative press (much of it, to be fair, of its own making).
