Most wrestling fans know by now that Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin was not a popular person backstage when he first broke into the industry. At times, Miz was even forced to get changed in the hallway in 2006, a sign that he wasn't accepted by the rest of the locker room.

Abrasive and brash, The Miz was exactly like the character he played on television. Breaking into WWE via the Tough Enough show, he found it difficult to become 'one of the boys' behind the scenes. Things intensified to the point that Miz was told exactly when he'd be booted out the door by the company.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated, The Miz said that some behind the curtain outright told him to his face that he'd be gone from WWE within three months. Of course, Miz has now been in the promotion for around a decade, defying those claims.

Due to Miz's comments, it becomes more and more clear that he had it rough during his first few years in WWE. It's fascinating to learn he was top of the list to get canned quickly by his peers.
