3. The Hardys Draw As Big A House As TNA

Matt and Jeff Hardy can trace their wrestling roots all the way back to their home state of North Carolina, where the brothers ran their own wrestling company, OMEGA in the early-1990's. Eventually making their way into the WWF, the siblings made quite a name for themselves as the daredevil duo who competed against the likes of The Dudley Boys and Edge & Christian in dangerous TLC matches. Since both leaving WWE, the family have found success off and on in TNA, and Matt has also appeared a lot for companies such as Evolve and Ring Of Honor. Going back to their roots, the pair successfully ran an OMEGA show in their home state recently, drawing in excess of 1,000 fans. Incredibly, this matches up nicely with some recent TNA attendances, even bettering some of the house shows ran by Dixie Carter and company. The show also featured the likes of Mick Foley, and it's interesting that The Hardy Boys have shown some acumen for promoting once more. Is this a sign of the future? Would OMEGA draw fans outside of the home base of North Carolina?
