Talking to the Pancakes and Powerslams Show, Ken Anderson shared a Balls Mahoney story that couldn't really be any more different to the one recanted by Mick Foley on Facebook. This one is a little darker in tone, but no less fascinating than the heart-warming gift Foley shared with Mahoney.

In 2006, WWE decided to tag the upstart ECW brand to SmackDown, meaning both rosters toured together on the road. Anderson, then known as Mr. Kennedy, became friendly with Mahoney during this time. One day, he approached the arena to be confronted by a sunbathing Balls, who was listening to music.

Asking the ECW star who he was listening to, Anderson made an off-the-cuff joke about the band Type-O Negative being vampires. To his surprise, Balls agreed, then told him he too was a vampire. Going further, Mahoney then showed Anderson marks on his arm, telling him that he and his girlfriend had been drinking one another's blood the night before.

That can't have been what Anderson was expecting when he made the jibe, but it's a compelling tale nonetheless.
