Over the past number of years, rumours have continually surfaced linking Kurt Angle with a WWE return. It's true that one final Angle run in the company would feel fresh, Kurt hasn't been seen on WWE programming in around a decade. Now, he's set to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame just before WrestleMania 33.

Already, social media is blowing up with guesses over who could induct Angle. Legendary announcer Jim Ross opened up to state his belief that he's not a big enough star to fill such a role, Ross would much rather see someone else given the task of introducing Kurt.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated's Extra Mustard, Angle himself revealed who he would pick if given the option. Sharing the ring for some of Kurt's most memorable matches (not to mention some hilarious backstage segments), Steve Austin and the Olympic Gold Medal winner had tremendous chemistry.

Outright, Angle told the site that he wants Austin to induct him on March 31, 2017, citing the fact that Steve elevated Kurt during their matches and was always very generous.
