"Sweetheart, you sucked".

Say that a few times in the immortal accent of one Dusty Rhodes and you might experience what Vickie Guerrero did shortly after debuting on television. Vickie told Wrestlezone this week that the 'American Dream' was nothing if not honest, and he worked hard to improve Guerrero's mic work so she too could be proud of it.

Dusty didn't sugar coat anything, but he did realise that Vickie was "lost emotionally" out in the front of the crowd. She could only think of her late-husband Eddie and got a bit choked up when she tried to deliver her lines. That's when Rhodes stepped in, and so did the likes of Paul Heyman, Teddy Long, Johnny Ace and Vince McMahon himself.

All of them wanted to help Vickie become an accomplished public speaker, and that's something she still appreciates to this day. By being brutally honest, Rhodes (in particular) let Guerrero know that she had to get serious if she wanted to contribute.
