Today, The Young Bucks are considered one of the best tag teams in the wrestling world. Tearing it up in New Japan Pro Wrestling as part of The Bullet Club, they are also signed to Ring Of Honor. A WWE run has not yet materialised, but a stint in TNA between 2009-2011 is one the brothers want to forget.

Talking to the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast, the siblings remarkably claimed that the whole TNA experiment was a failure. Instead of simply blaming management in the promotion or deflecting criticism, they branded themselves failures due to not making any money in the company. Such honesty is refreshing.

As Generation Me, the team struggled to gain much traction in TNA, and are clearly much happier away from the organisation. They regard TNA as the 'rock bottom' period of their respective careers, almost like a learning curve that was necessary to turn them into the wrestlers they are today.

Fans were frustrated that The Young Bucks didn't make a bigger splash in TNA, but it seems that fury shouldn't be solely aimed at the creative side of the company.
