It's easy to forget that big-time wrestlers have heroes too.

During a Facebook Q&A, Kurt Angle was asked if he'd ever been starstruck when meeting another celebrity in the flesh. The answer was yes, he had, but only when he bumped into Arnold Schwarzenegger for the first time. Oh, and former US President Bill Clinton. He counts too.

Kurt wasn't as personally thrilled to meet ol' Bill as he had been Arnie though. He was happy for a different reason: Clinton was his mother's favourite Presidential figure. How about that? Mr. Angle is sentimental for things that make his mum happy. Ditch the jokes, because there's something incredibly sweet about that.

Angle looked up to Bill because his mother spoke highly of the politician at home. He knew that winning Olympic Gold in 1996 would give him that distinction, and the follow-up meeting with then-President Clinton would make Mrs. Angle gush with pride.
