Kevin Nash once said that it's hard to make true friends in pro wrestling, something which he has managed to do with close pal, Scott Hall. The pair have been inseparable since working together in the early-90's WWF, going on to tear up WCW, and even working for TNA as a tandem. During the aforementioned debate between Bruce Prichard and Eric Bischoff, it was revealed that Vince McMahon wasn't happy about losing either man to his major competition in the Summer of 1996, but that he was more devastated about losing Scott Hall than Kevin Nash. Last year, during an interview for the Steve Austin podcast, Hall said that he didn't really want to leave the WWF in '96, but he felt he had a lot more to offer than he was getting with Vince McMahon's promotion. Nonetheless, Hall told Austin that he was happier with Vince than in WCW, and wished they could have come to some sort of arrangement. The thought of both Nash and Hall defecting to WCW, and forming the infamous nWo stable alongside Hulk Hogan, never happening is impossible to fathom nowadays. The shock waves this would have sent through the industry, changing the course of history, is truly incredible. Had Nash left, and Hall stayed, who knows where we'd be today.
