There's no denying it. Emma's had a rough year. It all started out so well, her match against Paige for the NXT Women's Champion at February's NXT Arrival was hailed as one of the best women's matches in WWE history. Meanwhile, Emma was showing up in the crowds of Raw and SmackDown with homemade #EMMAlution signs, signalling a main roster debut. Unfortunately, when Emma got there, she was reduced to mostly a valet role, accompanying Santino and even given her own pink Cobra sock puppet. Things got worse from there when Emma was arrested for allegedly stealing an iPad case from a Hartford Walmart, and as a result, was fired from WWE. Luckily, WWE changed their minds and reversed their decision later that day, amid massive fan outcry. Now it appears the theft was a mix-up with a self-service checkout, and Emma's charges are due to be dismissed after some community service. Hopefully when she comes back to Raw and SmackDown, they let her tear it up with the likes of Paige and AJ again because she's one of the most talented women wrestlers they have.
