10 WWE Employees That Are In The Wrong Job

3. Triple H Should Be An Executive Vice President & That's It

Think back to everything that was said during the Stephanie McMahon entry, and you can pretty much apply a lot of it to Triple H here. The man's character and presence outshine pretty much any and everything he's around when he's on WWE television, and his character has always been the type to "bury" anyone he opposes. Now, that term will be controversial, but it's meant that the Triple H persona doesn't put his opponents over on the mic. Whether he's a face or a heel, he strikes them down with those cocky, sometimes humorous insults, and it doesn't help them. It's of the old line of thinking where you put your opponent down as nothing special, but it backfires on you. If your opponent "sucks" and they beat you, what does that say about you? If your opponent "sucks" and you beat them, so what? They "suck". It's not impressive if you beat someone who is supposedly that bad. Triple H is doing a lot of great things behind the scenes, and that's great. He is the one behind WWE squashing the "beef" they've had with different old school wrestlers, from Bruno Sammartino to The Ultimate Warrior. He is also reported to be the one behind the major talent signings of people like KENTA, Prince Devitt, Kevin Steen and so forth. With all of that good he's doing, why not just focus on that? His on-screen character has "retired", what, three or four times now? He keeps losing matches, or has his representatives lose matches, where his "career is on the line", so he shouldn't even be around to begin with. With his on-screen act wearing so thin with fans, it's time to move on. At the very least, he should become like Vince McMahon, only making the rare special appearance on television, making each time mean more when he does show up.
