10 WWE Match Finishes Which Need To Die

No more Dusty Finishers!

With WWE pushing the Network harder and harder with every passing month, a PPV ending cliffhanger/surprise is likely to become the norm to ensure new subscribers who had signed on for free would start paying $9.99 a month. Dean Ambrose beating Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship appeared to be just that, but then it all went wrong. That's because The Lunatic Fringe's title reign was unfortunately short lived. Why? Well, it all came down to an infuriating finish which saw one referee reverse the decision of another. Finishes like this plagued Daniel Bryan when he was feuding with Randy Orton in 2013, but with so many good things happening in the WWE right now - it's all the more annoying that the company is still relying on clichéd and tired finishes which ultimately do no one involved any favours. Regardless of whether it's the many types of disqualifications used to lazily further an already pretty uninspired storyline or finishes which logically make absolutely no sense, these happen too often. The finish for Ambrose and Rollins' match is a perfect example of both of those, and further proof that there are certain booking decisions which need to die. Here, you will find ten examples of the very worst match finishes in WWE which need to be scrapped. That would after all be what's Best For Business (and the fans) moving forwards...
