5. Do People Prefer Roode And Nakamura's Themes More Than The Wrestlers Themselves?
This is a very interesting question, and a theory that's probably true in some respects. NXT is obviously far more smark-heavy than WWE's general audience, meaning that crowds will at least be a little familiar with Nakamura and Roode's NJPW and TNA backgrounds (respectively). However, the power of a theme can sometimes eclipse everything else - and in Bobby's case especially, this has proven to be somewhat true.
Thankfully, both have been able to cast off these shackles with good ringwork. Although Shinsuke's music was a big part of his TakeOver Dallas debut, it was the last thing on anybody's mind after such a phenomenal match with Sami Zayn. It's taken Roode slightly longer to step out of the shadow of his music (because it really is that good), but his capacity to have fantastic matches is starting to make itself more apparent.
So yes, some people probably do enjoy Nakamura and Roode's music more than the performers themselves, but both are doing a good job in separating themselves from such a stigma.
