6. Face Turns With No Storyline?

From @RcRyderOrRiot: Why did WWE have to turn the Bellas and Kidd/Cesaro face just because they turned New Day & Naomi heel?

It's lazy, uninspired booking. There's really no other way to say it.

The Bellas acted like the meanest people in all of WWE for many months when they tormented other divas, cheated all the time and acted like jerks the entire time. Then Naomi turned heel, Paige had to be written out due to a movie role and they were left without faces. At least shoot some sort of angle on TV to set up the turn. It was weak.

With Kidd/Cesaro it's the same thing. Part of the gimmick was that Kidd was a jerk to his wife Natalya and the hope was there'd be some payoff to that story. Never happened. Now they're faces. They are such good workers that they will be very good in the face role, but it's just a shame there wasn't an actual story to build up to it. The New Day are phenomenal heels, though.

WWE likely looks at it as if it doesn't matter. They think fans are stupid and will cheer or boo who WWE wants them to, so this kind of thing will continue to happen. Better booking would be nice, though.
