CM Punk is not a fan of 'The Big Guy'. Anyone who listened to him on the Art of Wrestling podcast will be aware that he was not a fan of working Ryback or of Ryback as a person. Much of the animosity stems from the fact that Ryback was apparently unsafe with Punk during their programme. Ryback, despite being in the WWE system since 2004 apparently still doesn't get that the safety of your opponent is the most important thing when you're in the ring. Punk claimed that wrestling Ryback 'took twenty years off' his life and that he suffered a broken rib when Ryback kicked him full force in the stomach, an act which Ryback never apologised for. 'Steroid Guy', as Punk referred to him, has responded on Twitter calling Punk 'fragile' along with posting a picture of a mangled CM Punk action figure surrounded by Ryback figures. While many people found Ryback's response funny, by clumsily hurting an already injured Punk he was clearly in the wrong.
