5. Justin Credible
Tiring of being the "Portuguese Man-of-War" Aldo Montoya, Pete Polaco asked for his release in 1997, as likely he believed that WCW would've been a better fit for his light-heavyweight trending style of wrestling. Eventually, he was not granted his release in full, but rather he was optioned, to Memphis' Power Pro Wrestling, where he became PG-13 member PG-187, and when ECW and Power Pro began a talent swap/invasion angle and the PG-13 tag team was booked in Philly, PG-187 went along for the ride, and ultimately became Justin Credible. One of the best cases of when a WCW jump ultimately panned out in an incredible manner, Credible's ECW run gave him a showcase position that had he gone to WCW, he likely would have never received.
