10 WWE Stars You Forgot Fought For WCW During The Monday Night War
8. Mike Enos And Wayne Bloom
Former AWA Tag-Team Champions as The Destruction Crew, Mike Enos and Wayne Bloom had a brief spell in the NWA as the Minnesota Wrecking Crew II, before joining WWE in 1991.
Repackaged as two spoiled brat siblings The Beverly Brothers, 'Beau' and 'Blake' were quickly injected into feuds with the Legion of Doom and the Bushwhackers.
Becoming a staple of WWE's early 90's tag-team division, the pair were unable to capture the WWE Tag Team Championships from the Natural Disasters and were gradually moved down the card to put over incoming teams during late-1992.
Following Bloom's decision to semi-retire from wrestling, Enos (as Blake) remained as a jobber to the stars in 1993, before himself departing the company.
3 years removed from his WWE exit, Enos reemerged in the midst of the Monday Night Wars as The Mauler in WCW in 1996. After forming an uneventful union with Dick Slater, Enos was once again joined by Bloom to reform the band in 1997.
Without their flashy WWE attire, sans a tag name and wrestling under their own names, the former Beverly Brothers reunion was as uninspired as it was short-lived. The Shaker Heights duo were split up after only a few matches and never heard from again.
