"Braun Strowman's Universal Title reign has been a miserable time for everyone". That's what was said in WWE SummerSlam 2020: 10 Things That Must Happen, and it's very much a view echoed here too. Since beating Goldberg at WrestleMania 36, Braun has been agony to watch as SmackDown's World Champion.

He's recently flirted with the destructive mayhem that made him a star in 2016-2017, but it's too little and defo too late to save his title run. Braun of old has been preceded by some lumbering goof who falls for the lamest practical jokes ever, cuts stilted promos and (until now) treated Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' like The Miz and John Morrison.

Bray Wyatt as Universal Champ isn't exactly progressive, but it's one million times preferable to continuing on for the rest of 2020 with Braun in the hot seat. SmackDown has suffered since he became champ - he needs a total heel reboot, and fast.
