4. Kevin Nash
WWE.comKevin Nash was a guy that was doing nothing in WCW as Vinnie Vegas when WWE picked him up, put him with Shawn Michaels as his bodyguard and his career took off as Diesel. He went on to become a WWE Champion and a main event performer. Was he the greatest in the ring? No, but he was still a top guy. It was a big deal when Nash debuted (or returned) in WCW with Scott Hall in 1996. The Outsiders were seen as WWE guys that were there to take over the company. When Hogan joined the group to form the NWO the company really took off. Nash ended up having a lot of power in WCW as a guy that was a part of the booking committee at various points and he also ended Goldberg's streak, which pissed off a lot of people back ten. Actually, it still pisses off people. Nash's return to WWE wasn't that surprising because he was always close with Vince McMahon and Triple H, who by 2002 had a lot of backstage power due to his relationship with Stephanie McMahon. His return in 2002 when better than Scott Hall's although Nash was pretty old by that point too. He had a brief feud with Triple H in there too. He'll likely be in the WWE Hall of Fame very soon. It could be as early as next year.
