7. Ricardo Rodriguez

The former ally of Alberto Del Rio has suffered a lot in the last year since he lost his association with Del Rio. Rodriguez has been relegated to providing Spanish language commentary on WWE PPV and wrestling as "El Local" in NXT. He's a very experienced performer that shouldn't be wrestling in NXT at all, but they have a need there so that's what he is currently doing. Rodriguez was also suspended by WWE last July for failing a Wellness Test although it's not like that has led to people being released in the past. They really don't go suspending a lot of people for failing test anymore, which says something about the testing process. That's another topic for another time. It just seems like he's being wasted in WWE right now. They should have just kept him with Alberto Del Rio, but instead both guys are suffering now. He's definitely somebody that could be released at any time because he's in such a limited role right now.
