Jericho isn't injured but his returns are always big news. After losing to Randy Orton at Night of Champions in September, Jericho took a break from WWE to go on tour with Fozzy and release another book in The Best in the World: At What I Have No Idea. He returned to make appearances on live events in England and Germany in November and brought the Highlight Reel to the SmackDown taping in Liverpool with The Authority as his guests. Inactive again, rumours are rife that the Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla will be back in the WWE in the build-up to the Royal Rumble. Wrestling Inc. are reporting that Jericho is being advertised by the WWE to appear at a 'supershow' at the Izod Center in New Jersey on January 24th, the night before the first pay-per-view of the year. It's unlikely his return will result in a rumble win but is bound to get the WWE Universe talking.
