2014 had been a huge breakthrough year for Dallas before an injury to his left foot halted his progress. WWE revealed on November 3 that Dallas was likely to miss between six and eight weeks of action. After enjoying an unbeaten start to his career as the Bo-liever, Dallas inexplicably lost to R-Truth in July before he started to torment Jack Swagger after his loss to Rusev. A short feud with Mark Henry followed and resulted in a count out win on Raw but a mauling at Night of Champions. Dallas then unsuccessfully challenged Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship on Main Event but somehow managed to pick up three more wins over Henry in both singles and tag team matches. The Silverback then quickly defeated Dallas during the Hell in a Cell pre-show. Bo started to make excuses that he was not ready before issuing an open challenge which the returning Ryback accepted. On the following night's Main Event, Dallas lost to Sheamus in non-title match, demanding a title match at a live event. He would go on to loose that match too. Dallas will be looking to a spot as a leading mid-card Superstar in 2015.
