10 WWE Superstars Who Need To Get Their S*** Together Before WrestleMania 41

Bianca Belair is the victim of a creative process that doesn't know whether to stick or twist. She's teased a heel turn more than once in 2024, but WWE has spurned going all in on it and started clinging onto her established 'EST' babyface guise for dear life. That'll only last a wee while longer, and 'Mania 40 proved it.

The former WrestleMania headliner was background noise with Naomi next to Jade Cargill in that six-woman tag vs. Damage CTRL. Jade was the undoubted focal point of the match, not Belair. If anything, this should tell Bianca that the expected heel turn is necessary if she wants to race back to the top of the women's division.

Her days of doing that as a smiling, dancing baby are over for now. Fans want to see something new from Belair before 'Mania 41 sneaks up on everyone next year. Going rogue may be her best option there. If timed correctly, being heel could turn Bianca back into one of WWE's biggest ongoing concerns.

It's worth a shot.
